They share the kind of statement, but not the mechanic. In Never Have I Ever you reveal yourself by putting a finger down; here nobody reveals anything — every answer is private and only the total appears. That makes it usable with people who would never answer out loud, which is why it works as an icebreaker.

Wenn alle geantwortet haben, schließt die Runde, um das Ergebnis zu zeigen. (Früher schließen geht auch, solange mindestens eine Person geantwortet hat.)
